2010
The year of second visits and slow streets, with Chișinău the place I kept returning to, and it was late-summer August that burned brightest. 3 journeys shaped the year — Moldova & Ukraine 🚗 in July, Tiraspol, Moldova 🚂 in August, Trebujeni, Moldova 🚌 in October, the long hauls mostly by train. I met 4 new cities, Tiraspol and Bender among them. I opened the year at Grădina Botanică and signed it off in December at National Library of the Republic of Moldova (Biblioteca Națională a Republicii Moldova).
